We often tend not to rebook or book ahead when it comes to airport taxi’s but recent experiences meant we decided to do just that. RidexTaxis were brilliant. Confirmation, and agreed costs (which were significantly better than previous experiences varying from £40-75).

Our driver kept an eye on our inbound flight, text to let us know where to meet, and was the first taxi as we arrived.

Brilliant service all round.

We won’t use anyone else. Not uber, not a black cab. Pre book and see for yourselves.

Adeel Ahmed got in contact with me as soon as the plane had landed in Manchester to state that he was there waiting.This reassured me.
I was expecting someone to be holding my name on a piece of paper as I came through arrivals. After another phonecall we found each other.
Adeel Ahmed.was very polite and took my bag as I had broken my arm.
His vehicle was just what I needed and was adapted for disabilities like a person tripping over a wall on holiday.
The trip back to Mid Wales was very comfortable and he also made sure I was strapped in as I couldn't do this myself.

Our car ride experience was excellent. We had originally booked the pickup for 2 hours later, but the driver contacted us as soon as our airplane landed and kindly offered to pick us up earlier. This was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of waiting time.

The car was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The driver was friendly, professional, and made the entire ride smooth and easy. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received.

The booked pickup was great experience- my driver called me before he came to pick me up and kindly sent me instructions to point me to the right pickup point. He even kindly provided a helping hands to carry my luggages! Very friendly driver and awesome service I would definitely use this again next time if I need to book a pickup from Manchester airport:)
