We’ve been offering premium airport transfers since we launched, here’s what we have concluded: the term “first class” should not just be marketing language.
While most companies slap it on their standard service and charge extra. We designed our first class suites based on the fact that actually business travellers and families need to do, not what sounds good in an advert.

What (You Didn’t Know) Happens When You Book First Class
Most companies keep this vague. We have seen that 70% of users would like to know the way things work exactly prior to activation.
Within 2 Hours of Booking:
- Email confirmation with driver’s name and mobile number

3 Hours Before Pickup:

How much would a first class transfer from Manchester cost to the airport?
Pricing for first class service is £85-95 depending on the exact pickup point in Manchester. This also includes any waiting time, escorting to aircraft and flight tracking. No additional or increase fees, even on bank holidays and at high peak times.
How far is it from the centre of Manchester to the airport?
The travel times – depending on traffic – between 25 and 35 minutes, the M56 or A538. Your driver watches for real time traffic and takes the fastest route available at a specific time. We allow 40 minutes for delays or roadworks.
Can I book a first class airport transfer even if my flight is early morning?
We are open 24/7/365, even Christmas day and bank holidays. We do early morning pickups (3am – 6am) as a normal course of business at no additional charge. Reserve at least 6 hours in advance for availability during peak travel times.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight in real-time when you book. If you’re late, your driver will wait for you in a time frame of 60 minutes. You get a text update that the pickup time is now later, too. And getting this service is frills-free —no “wait time” fee on top of that.
Are the luggage compartments of 1st class cars larger?
Of course, all vehicles of first class (at least Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5-Series) offer space for 3 large suitcases and hand luggage. If you’re travelling with golf clubs or skis, extra bags or anything out of the ordinary (or simply larger than normal), please let Reservations know in advance so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
Do you take credit card or do I need to bring cash?
We take all the main card payments, bank transfer and cash. Purchase orders are accepted from corporate accounts. You can pay in advance, or give the cash to your driver — whatever is easiest for you.
