Here’s what many taxi firms won’t tell you – when you hire an 8-seater, it sounds like the dream option for a party of 8 people but in reality that is not always going to be the case.

8-Seater Reality:

• Boot: At most 4-5 big cases

24/7 Availability: Why Large Groups Don’t Need It

We don’t just take reservations around the clock, we actually have big vehicles available 24 hours a day.

Reality Check:

A lot of companies are technically 24/7, but only have saloons out overnight. We do have at least one 8 seater (just ask) and work with other minibus partner companies for real late night availability.

Red eye flights (before midnight) do have the same 1 hour buffer built into them. Well, our drivers wait in short-stay car park, not at the rank, so there’s no chance that they’ll tire and leg it.

The cost is £45-£85 for an 8-seater, minibus – £90-£140 and two executive vehicles together are from £70-£120. The price for your group will vary based on where you’re picked up for the beginning of your day, and how many there are in our group. Can you get all 10 people – and their luggage – into the vehicle?

Not comfortably. Usually we recommend for groups larger than 9-11 pax 2 vehicles if every one has regular luggage. That gets you decent space, faster loading times and costs about the same as for everyone to be squished on a minibus.

What if our flight is late?

We track all flights automatically. Your 1-hour of free waiting time begins after your flight has landed not at the scheduled arrival time. If delays exceed two hours, we’ll call you to reconfirm, though there is no additional waiting charge.

Do you have baby seats available for families?

Yes, we do offer child seats and boosters free of charge. Just inform us the ages of your children when placing your booking. It is important to give us a minimum of notice by 24 hours so that we have time to check the availability of seats type.
